Drinking green smoothies does not have to be a nose curling exercise. Exercise is important but nose is not part of the body one should have to lift and tone. Should it? So when a green smoothie came along, the first thing I usually would do was to make a face, curl my nose and tell myself I am drinking it because it is so good for me. - 1 bunch of spinach
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 apples
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup water
Wash well spinach and apples. Only spinach from your spinach. Apples are peeled and the marrow is removed with the seeds. All foods are mixed in a blender and the cocktail is ready.
Drink the cocktail every morning fasting to clear the body from toxins, to regulate the metabolism and stool, and to clear the skin from acne.
